One method I've found is to first mount the cue files in a virtual disc program (like Daemon Tools). Then, go into a disc image burning program (I use ImgBurn) and click on whatever option is equivalent to "Create Image from Disc". Then you select the virtual drive that the cue file is mounted to and proceed to select whatever folder you want to save the new image to. Make sure, however, that you save it as a .bin image file or the program will either refuse to proceed or the resulting image will be corrupted in some way (in my experience, it usually just refuses to let me save it as anything other than a .bin image).

Anyway, once the program is finished creating the new disc image file, you'll end up with only one .bin file and one .cue file, which can then be converted to whatever format you intend to use it for.

Yea..Just use imgburn and mount the cue file with daemon tools and just Burn to disk..The multiple bins will be combined automatically

I feel like some people would rather "socially network" and potentially get the wrong answer slowly, rather than just use google and get the right answer immediately.

I know this is off subject I have a ps1 game Power Move Pro Wrestling. You put the game in a CD player, and it works like a music CD. Its got about 10 music tracks on it

You can't really convert a multi-track game to an ISO image. I don't know the specifics of how it works, but basically, due to the way data and audio is stored on multi-track games, .bin and .cue files are the only way you can properly store them as files. If you try to convert something with multiple .bin files into a single ISO file, pretty much any image conversion program worth its salt will refuse to do so (and often, it'll tell you why it won't work, like ImgBurn for example).

Use CDmage. Just load up the cue & it'll load up the tracks & then pick your save location.
