Having trouble with Sega Naomi Emulators. Does anybody have one that works okay and runs games as I have got a few of here but for some reason can not get to run correct. Just want a emulator that works okay.

Depending on your hardware depends on how playable they are.
Naomi is a quite new state in emulation and can be twitchy

Demul runs fine as long as you have a decent pc.

^^^^^^^^^^ Emulation is emulation, not perfection.
Simulation of Electronics through code. Tough gig.

I listed two emulators in my upload. Those are good for lower end PC's and they are what I use as well. My G-card sux cause I'm poor :D

Make sure you have Visual C+ Redistributable Pack installed

Demul, you will need to set your plug-in directories.

Config tab/ plug ins / choose your plug ins....
I use gpuDXLegacy in demul 5.6 (DX9) newer versions 5.82 DX10/11 .07 DX11/11.1
GD-rom = gdrCDH
sound plugin= spuDemul
Gamepad = padDemul

Bottom set your plug in directories
Plug ins will be the plug in folder
Roms = rom folder, not the game directory, the folder with the bioses
NVram= nvram folder

Then you will set your Gamepad settings...
set Jamma controls for Naomi use.
Not every game will work in this version and/or may have glitches or wonky controls.
Newer versions do not support DX9 and will require a decent GPU/CPU
.07 lags for me and I'm running a AMD 965@ 3700 in this machine.
Has great compatibility and controls if you can muster the power.

You also need to choose a bios to run those bins, read upload page<
Otherwise, demul will run MAME type ZIPS, search the webs, usually listed under mame roms
You can find them, PM me if you can't/

Makaron
Click Naomi.exe / select game file.
Those are pre-configured, read the upload page about errors and bios controls.
Trial and error, you'll catch on, this is emulation :D

I included everything for the 12.5 version, then left a stripped version for 12.7, both will run these bins/
Try this one: Makaron EX4.1 http://frd.li/22b93a3d29c51bf6890bd511baf2b83b
This is about it for decent Naomi Emulation at this time.
See the Emu Dev. sites for more help.

I will be uploading the CHD set for .07, gonna take me a week @30GB.....stay tuned/

Yep, I use Demul for a long time now, it works very well, and for Naomi too.

Makaron is pretty good too, but a bit more complex

I couldn't agree more about Demul. Once made familiar with it and configuration set up it runs like a charm :)
