PLEASE HELP Softmodded xbox plays backups wrong

Softmodded an xbox a couple of days ago
did a ftp back up of marvel vs capcom 2 on it
loaded it up and immediately saw from the start a pixelated screen squares all over the screen
meanwhile the emulators play flawlessly and perfect
Xbmc on the other hand has the same problem with the skin having lines as if its glitching
is there any solution to this issue i can't seem to find it anywhere

you might be losing packets on the transfer. I have really good internet but if my xbox one is on what i transfer will lose files sometimes. Try burning a disc of the game to see if the game plays properly because you may of lost packets during download of the iso.

I've had similar experiences when the gpu is on the way out, as a last resort I'd reapply the thermal paste if nothing else works. Also try a different video cable if you got one, I had one once that gave strange results too.

Disable 720p and 480p and try the game again.

i tried out every opcion given thanks anyway
Marvel Vs Capcom 2 - Xbox.
1. Burned an iso - Same outcome
2. Downloaded iso again - Same outcome
3. Applied fresh thermal paste - Same Outcome
4. Bought a new component cable - Same Outcome
5. Disabled 480 and 720 - Same Outcome
Also out every single game ive tried on an emulator works perfect but
Marvel Super Heroes War for the gems on Snes glitches out flickers out
it seems like my xbox hates capcom games.

Xbox regional issue perhaps? I can't find out whether this might be the problem with this particular game because the only info I have is that it is not a regional exclusive. But that doesn't mean that each particular region game itself was not regional locked.

Try turning off widescreen too. GTAIII on a v1.6 Xbox does some weird display things if not set to 4:3 (Normal).

Running out of ideas, so has anyone else here checked the backup download? A link to the one used would be helpful?
