Def check on youtube. Don't know if 3.67 can be modded as mine is 3.60 and is modded.

you'll need something on 3.60 to take any real advantage of the Vita.

Sadly 3.60 is most likely forever going to be the only fully hackable firmware, and there's no downgrading or solutions if your over 3.60, there are PSP hacks you can use to play PSP homebrew and backups, but 3.60 with henkaku ENSO is the way to go,

You can buy a replacement motherboard running 3.60 or lower off AliExpress, or you can pick up a Vita for cheap that likely has an older firmware

It seems that not much headway has been made in the PS Vita Homebrew scene due to lack of interest, considering other consoles that are being worked on are a higher priority

whilst a 3.65 upwards can play emulators etc, they are still being run off a psp mini, so yes its cool if you happen to have a later firmware, your best bet is hunt down a 3.60, as can run a lot more cool stuff and take advantage of the full vita etc, a 3.67 still has a good value as for anyone wanting to play later vita games etc this is the way to go :)
