Set TV opinions

Set TV opinions

Postby Randummy1 » Mon Apr 23, 2018 3:47 am

Hi guys, so I was surfing the net and came across this service called Set TV. They claim that you can get 500 channels for $20.00 bucks a month and was wondering what you guys thought about it. Yes I Googled blah, blah, however I value and respect the opinions of my peers here on TIZ. Here is there link and hope it is allowed. https://www.setvnow.com/ I am NOT trying to spam the boards and have been here awhile and I know that links are allowed sometimes. ;)

So what do you guys think? Is it worth it?

Happy gaming all!! :D :D :lovetiz: :lovetiz: :lovetiz: :lovetiz:

P.s. I am a total noooooooob when it comes to streaming services. I don't even have a Netflix account. :P

Not good idea, not at all.

Do you saw my socks ? They stink so bad they have green aura around them. But this service stinks many times worse. According to my (very crappy) calculations, if they charge you 20 bucks for 500 channels they, by legal means lost 200-300 bucks pre month what bring them to red numbers very fast. There are only three possible ways how it may work :
1) They actually charge you much more than they say
2) You don't get 500 TV channels as promised
3) They charge you 20 bucks and give you 500 channels by illegal means

No matter what is true, you should avoid it and stay out of jail.

I have to agree with @ZX81v2, This is like paying for torrent trackers. Good persons like you (i hope so) or me should avoid it and leave some space in jail for ones who really deserve it.

I have to agree with this. I spent a night in jail many years ago, and it definitely makes me think twice about my actions.

There is a bunch of free means to get cable TV
Mobdro.to is a cable station streaming app for android or PC if you use an emulator.
Kodi still has repos kicking around that can stream.
Both are free and loads of other ones that do pretty much the same thing.

What a scam, paying for illegal streams.

a hacked Kodi build on a firestick does the same thing, but you better have a vpn. I have kodi on my firestick and haven't had any issues, but then again i haven't been watching any newer movies and shows, thats the stuff that gets you flagged by your isp
