NASCAR Thunder 2004 controls?

Postby ViXplay88 » Mon Dec 18, 2017 1:06 am

So I am playing NT2004 on PS1 emulator with keyboard and whenever I am driving my car straight and try to strafe or turn, the controls seem to be touchy on kb and my car goes into spin or just out of control and I even have the stability option on. Does this game require dualshock controller to play better?

Yup, you need a Dualshock controller (or any controller) to play games running on a PS1 emulator. If you are using Dualshock 3 or 4, you need special software for those controllers.

That is because a key on a keyboard can be either pressed or not, there are only two states. But on a PS1 you use an analog thumbstick with which you can control your turning speed depending on how far left/right you move the thumbstick.
