As of right now, the PS2 emulator is good with 2D fighters on my PC running Windows XP. Looking forward to downloading this and seeing if this works!

Have no idea if it's HDD supported, sorry i only use dvd discs and a chipped matrix ps2.
If it works for HDD, please mention it here for anyone to see, thanks!
Unpacked size is 4,29 GB and the image is in .iso format.
@segagamer, yes you can use ImgBurn. I only use CDBurnerXP because it has great ISO compatibility, but ImgBurn burns everything and does it very nice as well. Just make sure you burn it at 4x because these type of compilations mostly require safe (slow) burning speed.

You need to find out the Loader ID from the config file on the image
something like MULTI.ELF
Install to HDD using WinHIIP and manually enter the LOADER ID where it says SLUS_666.66
The HDD should load this through OPL now, and if you get a white screen you didn't get the Loader ID correctly !
Mount the image on PC
Open the system.CNF with notepad to see something like

BOOT2 = cdrom0:\MULTI.ELF;1
VER = 1.02

The line cdrom0:\ contains the LOADER ID !

Dismount image and load WinHIIP
Install the image to PS2 HDD
Enter the ID in the box
Install in PS2,Boot OPL and play :)

All these Multigame menus are ropey through OPL as they have filenames like
PS2BOOT,PS2MENU,MULTIMEN you can not install 2 files with the same Loader ID to HDD !

I have not tried the above menu but it should run fine with the right loader name (SLxS_xxxx.xx)

It sounds long winded but works !
