Model 3 and Naomi aren't emulators, they're arcade systems developed by Sega. Why not do some research. Find the emulator you want to use, and you should find system requirements either on the download page, or the emulator's readme file.

I imagine you'll need a beefy gaming Pc to emulate these systems anywhere near full speed. Good luck with the hunt!

Dude, coming here and talking to people is research, as well. Both of these systems are obscure and aren't favorites among the emulation scene, because, like was said, you need a decent pc to run them.

Naomi games can be run off the Demul dreamcast emulator.

Model 3 may be slightly easier to handle and can be run off the Supermodel emulator.

Careful when acquiring Naomi games, however... as there are "Naomi 2" and "Naomi GD" games that require much more effort to get going. The GD games come in CHD format and I think Naomi 2 does, as well. The regular Naomi games should come as a zip file, don't unzip them.... inside are a bunch of files like .ic1 and .ic2, etc.

To this day, I still can't get the GD games to work... and I don't think I've even tried Naomi 2 yet. However, the regular Naomi games work perfectly on Demul and are a blast to play because a lot of them never made it to the Dreamcast.

As for Model 3... they work surprisingly well, also. Star Wars Trilogy Arcade is still one of the best ever!! Good luck!

A good i3,4gb ram with a modern low end gpu is enough.
64bit windows 7 or 10.
Supermodel emulator for Model3 (the most recent WIP not the standart from the official website) and Demul for Naomi

No prob.... I wish more people knew about Naomi emulation because there's some really cool games out there, but the Naomi GD and Naomi 2 games are too tough for me to get going.

If you happen to figure those out, gueva, come back here and show us!

Hi ISO_Ninja :)

I'm new here, but if there is one thing I love most it's the hard chiseled arcade fighter graphics deliver by the Sega Naomi family. Happen to be farmiliar with them because they boast the best versions of Capcom Vs SNK Pro, Guilty Gears XX, Melty Blood and a few others.

Very familiar with the romsets and getting Demul running. Keeping everything tidy in Launchbox helps. Just ask anything you need if you need help with Sega Naomi emulation.
